Peggy at work nationally and internationally
In December 2004, Peggy travelled to Ukraine as one of the official Canadian election observers for the re-run of presidential elections. Peggy stepped forward as lead negotiator for Buzz Hargrove and the Canadian Auto Workers in September's landmark bargaining agreement with Ford Canada.

The forum was organized to support the hotel workers in their campaign for better wages and working conditions.
